摘  要:铸造行业是制造业的主要组成部分,对国民经济的发展及国防力量的增强均有重要作用。铸造技术是先进制造技术的重要方面。轻量化、精确化、数字化、网络化及绿色化将是铸造成形制造技术的发展方向,铸造技术向质量高、成本低、流程短、消耗少、能耗低、无污染方向发展。特大型铸件的铸造也是铸造技术发展的重要领域。信息技术正在全面地提升铸造技术水平,其中计算机模拟仿真已在铸造领域中得到广泛应用,而多学科、多尺度、高性能、高精度及高效率则是模拟仿真努力目标。网络化铸造及绿色铸造将是未来铸造技术的发展方向。Casting industry with important function on the development of national economy and strengthen of the national defence, is the main part of manufacturing industry. Foundry technology is the important aspect of advanced manufacturing technique. It is the developmental trend of manufacturing technique of casting figuration to be lightweight, accurate, Digitization, networked and greenized, and foundry technology is developing at higher quality, lower costs, short procedure, fewer consume, lower energy consumption and pollution-free. Founding of super huge castings is also important field of the development of foundry technology. Now, information technology is promoting over all level of casting technique roundly, among them computer simulation emulation, which is targeted on multi-subject, multi-measurement, high-specification, high-precision and high-efficiency, has been used in casting field. In future, the technology on casting tend to be on the direction of network and green.
