摘 要:为了揭示磨细矿渣和粉煤灰对水泥基材料物理力学行为的影响机理,为应用计算机模拟掺有矿渣或粉煤灰的水泥基材料的物理力学行为提供必要的力学参数,应用纳米压痕技术实测水泥、磨细矿渣和粉煤灰颗粒的弹性模量。用酚醛树脂混合水泥、磨细矿渣或粉煤灰颗粒后再进行磨光、抛光和超声波清洗等工艺制得表面光洁度符合纳米硬度仪要求的试样。水泥、磨细矿渣及粉煤灰颗粒的弹性模量区间分别为[8.0GPa,33.6GPa],[5.7GPa,25.4GPa]和[17.9GPa,55.3GPa],其样本均值分别为17.4,12.8GPa和34.3GPa。To reveal the influence mechanism of ground granulated blast-furnace slag(GGBS) and fly ash on the physical and mechanical behaviors of cementitious materials, and to provide some necessary parameter for computer simulation of the physical and mechanical issues of the cementitious materials, the elastic modulus of cement, GGBS and fly ash particles were measured in situ by nano-indentation techniques. Results indicate that, after a series of procedures such as mixing cement with bakelite, grinding GGBS and fly ash particles and then polishing gradually, and ultrasonic washing, the roughness of samples can meet the requirements of the samples tested by nano-hardness apparatus. The elastic modulus interval of cement, GGBS and fly ash are [8.0 GPa, 33.6 GPa], [5.7 GPa, 25.4 GPa] and [17.9 GPa, 55.3 GPa] respectively, and the sample's average value of cement, GGBS and fly ash are 17.4, 12.8 GPa and 34.3 GPa respectively.
