摘 要:用水热法通过氧化还原反应制备ZnS纳米颗粒。制得的ZnS颗粒按一定规律连生生长,形成锯齿状、枝状和叶片状等枝蔓晶形态。粉末X射线衍射谱显示反应产物为立方相结构。样品选区电子衍射表明反应产物是立方相和六方相结构,认为这是硫化锌的同质异构现象。用负离子配位多面体生长基元模型讨论了纳米晶粒的取向连生和晶粒相连的枝蔓晶结构,其形成机理是沿着晶体中负离子配位多面体相互联结的稳定方向生长,为晶体生长速率最快的方向,其分布的对称性与晶体结构的对称性一致。Zinc sulfide powders were synthesized by hydrothermal salt solution under high pressure. It was found that the powders obtained grow according to a certain regulation forming a dendrite-like shape, such as leaf or saw-tooth. X-ray diffraction results show that the product has a cubic phase structure. However, the selected area's electron diffraction shows that it has both cubic and hexagonal phase structures corresponding to different shapes. This is attributed to the isomeric state of ZnS. The orientation adhesion of nano-crystallites and the dendrite-like crystals formed by connecting crystallites were discussed by the growth unit model of anionic coordination polyhedrons. The mechanism for this formation is the growth direction of the dendrite-like crystals, which is along the stable direction of connecting anionic coordination polyhedrons, the fastest growth direction of the crystals. The symmetrical characteristic of the geometric distribution of the dendrite-like crystals corresponds to the symmetry of the crystal structure.
