摘 要:用正交试验法选择熟料率值和煅烧温度为影响因素,研究了阿利特硫铝酸钡钙水泥熟料的合成条件与力学性能,并与相同组成的硅酸盐水泥的性能进行比较。结果表明:当硫铝酸钡钙矿物的质量分数为6.0%时,与其复合的硅酸盐水泥熟料的优选硅率、铝率和石灰饱和系数分别为2.5,1.5和0.92,适宜的煅烧温度为1380℃左右。在上述条件下制备的阿利特硫铝酸钡钙水泥1d和3d的抗压强度分别达到20MPa和60MPa,比相同组成硅酸盐水泥的早期强度明显提高,其28d的抗压强度与硅酸盐水泥的持平。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜与能谱分析等测试手段分析了阿利特硫铝酸钡钙水泥熟料的组成和结构。Synthesis conditions and mechanical performance of alite-calcium barium sulphoaluminate cement clinker were investigated by the orthogonal test method using clinker modulus and calcining temperatures as the influencing factors and a comparison of the performance of an alite-calcium barium sulphoaluminate cement clinker and silicate clinkers with the same modulus was made. Results show that the optimum silica modulus, iron modulus and lime saturation factor of the composite cement is 2.5, 1.5 and 0.92 respectively and the optimum calcining temperature is about 1380°C. The compressive strength of the cement prepared under these conditions reaches to 20 MPa and 60 MPa at 1 d and 3 d, and this cement exhibits higher early strength than that of portland cement, while the compressive strength at 28 d is almost the same as the Portland cement. The mineral constituents and the structures of the clinker were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and energy depressive spectrum.
