摘 要:目的:评价电阻抗扫描成像(electricalimpedancescanning,EIS)和高频超声对小乳腺癌的诊断价值.方法:乳腺肿块(直径≤2cm)54例病理证实,行EIS和高频超声检查,时间间隔不超过3d.结果:乳腺癌23例,EIS诊断小乳腺癌17例,敏感性73.9%,特异性80.6%,准确性77.8%,阳性预测值73.9%,阴性预测值80.6%;高频超声诊断小乳腺癌20例,敏感性87.0%,特异性87.1%,准确性87.0%,阳性预测值83.3%,阴性预测值90.0%.二者联合诊断,敏感性95.6%,特异性90.3%,准确性92.6%,阳性预测值88.0%,阴性预测值96.6%.结论:EIS对小乳腺癌的诊断有较大实用价值,且与高频超声结合应用,可以提高小乳腺癌的诊断准确率.AIM: To evaluate the diagnostic value of electrical impedance scanning (EIS) and high-frequency ultrasonography for small breast cancer. METHODS: Fifty-four patients with pathologically-proven breast masses (diameter≤2 cm) were detected by EIS and high-frequency ultrasonography within three days. RESULTS: Of the 23 patients with breast cancer, 17 were diagnosed as small breast cancer by EIS. The sensitivity was 73.9%, the specificity was 80.6%, and the accuracy was 77.8%. The positive predictive value (PPV) and the negative predictive value (NPV) were 73.9% and 80.6%, respectively. Twenty of the 23 patients with breast cancer were diagnosed as small breast cancer by high-frequency ultrasonography. The sensitivity was 87.0%, the specificity was 87.1%, and the accuracy was 87.0%. The PPV and NPV were 83.3%and 90.0%, respectively. When the high-frequency ultrasonography and EIS were used together, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy reached 95.6%, 90.3%and 92.6% respectively and the PPV and NPV reached 88.0% and 96.6%. CONCLUSION: EIS is of great value in the diagnosis of small breast cancers. The diagnostic accuracy will be increased with the combination of EIS and ultrasonography.
