试论我国新闻报道社会调控机制的建构

摘　　要：针对我国新闻报道社会调控现状和存在的问题,从四个方面提出了全面建构的建议在调控主体上,构筑党政、社会团体、社会力量、媒体及自律性组织、司法部门等五方面相互配合的多元化机制;在调控对象上,全方位涵盖新闻报道相关因素;在调控目标上,既注重宏观的结构调整,又着眼于微观的质量控制;在调控途径上,各主体均需健全立体化的引导和控制机制。Focusing on the problem of social monitoring and controlling of news communication in China, this thesis suggests building a system in four aspects. 1) Subjects: There should be a mutual system that includes the government and the party committee, the groups and the communities, the independent social power, and the media and the self-controlling organizations; 2) Objects: It should catch both the reports and the relative elements; 3) Targets: They should concern on the minor stage of quality monitoring while caring for the macro stage of construction adjusting; 4) Channels: It should forming a mutual and interaction directing and leading mechanism.
