T颗粒感绿片与感蓝片各100例高电压胸片临床分析

摘　　要：作者搜集柯达Ｔ颗粒感绿片与感蓝片各１００例高电压胸片。就肺内各点密度、心后区肺纹理显示几率、一级二级气管显示几率、胶片特性、照片条件、静态分辨率、量子斑点等方面作一评价。证实：Ｔ颗粒感绿技术开辟了高感度、高分辨胸片的临床应用。不失为一种拓宽诊断信息，提高肺内及心后区病变检出率的优良选择。High kV chest radiographs of T-grain green sensitive film and blue sensitive film of 100 cases for each group were compared in regard to the following items:the density at different points in the lungs,visibility of the pulmonary vessels behind the heart shadow;visibility of I一Il or-der bronchi;characteristics of films;radiographic parameters,static resolution,and quantum noise.The results showed that T-grain green sensitive film technology enhances the clinical application of high sensitivity and high resslution chest film provides additional diagnostic informations and im-proves detectility of pulmonary lesions especially those in retrocardiac region.
