摘　　要：作者回顾分析１６３例肝吸虫病ＣＴ资料，发现肝吸虫胆道感染具有以下特证：肝内胆管从肝门向周围均匀扩张：破膜下胆管呈囊样扩张及无黄疸；少数病例胆囊内可见不规则软组织块影。The diagnostic pathgnomonic triad of clonorchiasis was found in 163 verified ca-ses.These included uniforrn dilatation of intrahepatic biliary tract from porta hepatis to the periphe-ry;subcapsular bulbous termination of the bile ducts and absence of iclerus.Occasionally fragments of soft tissue density in the gallbladder might be observed.
