摘　　要：作者介绍了自动洗片机定影液的配制方法及性能测定，６种胶片的定透时间及定影效果（密度差）。测定表明：自配定影液在温度３０℃以上，冲洗全程１５０ｓ（定影４０ｓ）以上，可满足胶片处理。２年来的实践证明，如此冲洗的胶片质量较好，能达到临床诊断要求。该药液配制方法简单，成本低廉，可替代商品套药在临床上的应用。This article introduced the prescription and quality control of a fixer solution for au-tomatic processor. The time for fixing and the effectiveness density difference were measured for 6 kinds of films;The results showed that the optimal processing temperature is >30℃, the fotal pro-cessing time is l50s(40s for fixing).Based on 2 years of clinical experience with this fixer solution,the authors concluded that this flxer solution yields films of diagnostic quality, is easily made and of low cost,therefore is a good substitute for the current commercial fixer for automatic processor.
