正常成人下腔静脉的CT测量及其意义

摘　　要：连续测量１００例正常成人下腔静脉（ＩＶＣ），其紧贴右心房水平的最大宽径及最小宽径（以下分别简称长径、短径）分别为３２．７４±３．９４ｍｍ及２２．７０±２．７５ｍｍ。ＩＶＣ长径及短径与同一层面降主动脉（ＤＡ）长径及短径的比值分别是１．３７±０．２３及０．９８±０．１３。ＩＶＣ短径及其与同一层面ＤＡ短径的比值是判断ＩＶＣ增粗与否的简单、敏感的指标。其正常成人值分别为＜３０ｍｍ及≤１．３０。CT measurement of inferior vena cava (IVC) in one hundred consecutive normal adults was done in this series, The maximum and minimum diameters of IVC at the level adjacent to right atrium were 32.74±3.94mm and 22. 70±2.75mm respectively. The ratios of maximum and minimum diameters of IVC to those of descending aorta (DA) at the same level were 1. 37±0.23 and 0.98±0.13. The authors suggest that the minimum diameter of IVC and the ratio of minimum diam-eter of IVC to that of DA can be taken as useful and sensitive indexes to evaluate whether IVC is en-larged or not. The normal values of CT measurements should be<30mm and≤1. 30 respectively.
