摘　　要：对不等边五边形焊管形状进行了分析,精确计算了其周长和圆管尺寸,并在数学推导基础上,计算了各架次孔型尺寸,完成了不等边五边形焊管轧辊的设计。Aim at the shape of scalene pentagon welded pipe,it is analyzed and exactly calculate its perimeter and round pipe dimension. On the basis of strictness mathematic educe, calculate each stand pass dimension and complete the roller design of scalene pentagon welded pipe.
