摘　　要：简要介绍了油气输送管道的失效及预防、国外失效事故报告规定。着重介绍了油气输送管道失效事故的类型及国内外典型案例。建议加强油气输送管道的安全管理和事故报告规程。It briefly introduces failure and prevention in Oil and Gas Transmitting Pipeline,and failure accident report writing format regulation at the aboard. Mainly introduce failure accident kinds and properties and typical cases in the domestic and at the a-board. It advises that we should strengthen safety management on oil and gas transmitting pipeline,as well as accidents report writing format regulation.
