妊娠合并系统性红斑狼疮对子代的影响

摘　　要：自１９７０年６月～１９９３年６月在我院分娩的妊娠合并系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）４４例，妊娠共７３例次。其中自然流产１５次（２０．５５％）、人工流产８次（１０．９６％）、围产儿死亡９例（１２．３３％）、活产４１例（５６．１６％）。对４１例活产中的３５例子代进行随访，体格发育正常，血尿常规分析也均在正常范围，无智能发育障碍的证据。２例女性子代在９岁左右确诊为ＳＬＥ。提示：ＳＬＥ对女性子代可能有遗传倾向，对子代的追踪观察必须持续至青春期。eventy three pregnancies in 44 women with systemic lupus erythematosus in our hospital fromJune 1970 to June 1993 were studied. It included 15 spontaneous abortions(20. 55%),8 induced abor-tions(10. 96%),9 perinatal fetal deaths(12. 33%)and 41 live births(56. 16%).Therapy withsteroids during pregnancy is harmless and effective. It may reduce pregnant loss rate. Of 41 live births,35 children were followed up(85. 36%).Their physical growth , routine blood test and urinalysis werenormal.There were no definite evidences of mental developmental abnormality in children.Two girlshad been diagnosed of systemic lupus erythematosus at about nine years old.It is possible that systemiclupus erythematosus may be hereditable to female filial generation. So we suggest that the following-upon children born to mothers with systemic lupus erythematosus have to be done till puberty.
