摘　　要：从１９８６年９月～１９９２年４月采用骨干—干骺端“Ｚ”形截骨术治疗儿童下肢短缩１５例。平均年龄为１１岁。术前患肢短缩平均为５．４ｃｍ，术后一周开始延长，以１ｍｍ／ｄ速度分２次延长。术后平均延长度为６．２ｃｍ。随访时间１～５年，平均Ｘ线骨愈合时间为１０．５个月，无严重并发症和不愈合病例。患肢功能及外观均良好。AbstractFifteen patients underwent leg lengtheningusing a modified technique and obtained satisfacto-ry results. A ″Z-shaped″osteotomy was performed atthe junction of diaphysis and metaphysis in the dis-tal part of the femur or in the proximal part of thetibia conducive to the formation of the callus Twoor three sets of crossing Kirschner wires with half-ring fixators were applied both the upper andlower fragments, in order to get the stable fixa-tion. The authors believe that this procedure isbetter than any other methods nowadays used andis worthy of recommending.
