B超诊断脊柱结核的椎旁或腰大肌脓肿114例分析

摘　　要：作者报告了１１４例经手术治疗的脊柱结核椎旁或腰大肌脓肿应用Ｂ超诊断的结果，并与Ｘ线片对照。Ｂ超诊断符合率８６．８４％，Ｘ线片为６８．４２％。Ｂ超声像图能确定脓肿的有无、大小、位置、数目和脓液的性质。它能弥补Ｘ线片诊断的不足，并对确定手术指征、切口和方式有参考价值。本文还讨论Ｂ超诊断假阴、阳性的原因。AbstractThe authors reported the result of B-mode ultra-sonography for the diagnosis paravertebral or psosasabscess in 114 cases of spinal tuberculosis. Compara-tive studies were made with the findings on x-ray ex-aminations as well as that in surgery. The diagnosticaccuracy of B-mode ultrasonography an x-ray was86.84%and 68.42%respectively。B-mode ultrasono-graphy was proved to be useful for the detection of thepresence e of paravertebral abscesses and also helpedfor the determination of the size.location and the na-ture of the abscess,These findings were useful for thedecision of the surgical incision and the operative indi-cations.
