摘 要:对1984~1990年采集的160例(男127,女33)正常人骼嵴标本进行骨组织形态计量学分析。结果表明,骨小梁相对体积TBV(%)在30岁以后男、女性均随年龄增长而下降(P<0.05)。女性TBV(%)在60岁以前明显高于同年龄组的男性(P<0.05)。男、女性骨小梁平均骨壁厚度MWT(μm)在30岁以后也均随年龄增长而下降(P<0。01)。女性骨小粱类骨质表面Sos(%)在60岁以前随年龄增长渐升(P<0.05)。男性Sos(%)及吸收表面Sr(%)虽在各年龄组间无显著性差异,但在50岁以后可见一上升趋势。类骨质相对体积RTOV(%)无显著性别及年龄间差异。本组结果提示,男、女性随着年龄老化均产生了一定量的骨丢失,而其丢失的组织学机制可能与重建负平衡及骨转换率增高有关。AbstractBone spounens from 160 normal individuals(male,127,female,33) were obtained with biopsy at the iliaccrest. Undecalcified bone sections were produced and his-tomorphometric analysis were performed.The resultsshowed that,after age of 30 the trabecular bone volume( TBV%)decreased significantly with increasing age (P<0.05)and correlated to age(P<0.01).A significantdifference was found between males and females.Themean wall thickness of packets(MWT)also decreasedsignificantly with increasing age (P<0.01).but no sexdifference was observed.The osteoid surface(Sos%) andthe resorption surface(Sr%)increased before 60’s andthen decreased in female (p<0.05),however,in male,increased slightly after 50’s,despite the difference wasnot significant, The relative trabecular cateoid volume(RTOV%)was found to be age-independent and sex-in-dependent .Our results suggested that bone loss occurredwith increasing age in both males and females,and it’spossibile histological mechanism may be the bone remod-elling imbalance and the high bone turnover.
