摘  要:为了提高干压永磁铁氧体的产品性能,降低生产成本,减少樟脑对人身的危害和对环境的污染,试验采用聚合物粘结剂来替代樟脑作为干压永磁锶铁氧体的粘结剂。利用聚合物粘结成型工艺,得到了高的永磁性能:Br=388mT,HcB=215.7kA·m-1,(BH)max=27.1kJ·m-3,这已接近于向等级铁氧体磁粉(Y30BH)的湿压产品水平。研究了成型温度对永磁性能的影响,用X-ray衍射方法分析了锶铁氧体的相结构,用金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了锶铁氧体的微观组织与形貌。Polymer was used as a binder instead of camphor in the preparation of dry-pressed permanent magnetic strontium ferrite in order to improve the magnetic properties of dry-pressed permanent magnetic strontium ferrite, to reduce production cost, to avoid harm to persons and environment because of camphor. With the process of molding bonded by polymer, the best magnetic properties (Br=388 mT,HcB=215.7 kA·m-1, (BH)max=21.7 kJ·m-3) were close to those of wet-pressed permanent magnetic strontium ferrite prepared by the same grade magnetic ferrite powder(Y30BH). The effects of the molding temperature on the permanent magnetic properties were discussed in details. The phase structure of permanent magnetic strontium ferrite bonded by polymer was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) method. The microstructure and morphology were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and metallography.
