摘　　要：介绍了美国Leco公司生产的TC600氧氮联合测定仪的安装调试、仪器特点及使用情况。分析了标准样品,分析结果表明,该仪器的精度满足规定指标要求,其相对标准偏差RSD≤1.5%,并且准确度高,稳定性好。与其它分析仪器相比较,该仪器分析时间短,并适用于难熔金属的分析。The characteristic, working condition, installation and operation of TC600 Oxygen-Azote mensuration equipment have been presented. By analyzing the standard sample, it is shown that this instrument has high accuracy and good stability and its accuracy meets specified target with RSD≤1.5%. Comparing with other equipment, this instrument is applicable for refractory metal and the analytic time is shorter.
