摘　　要：１９８５年以来，我科手术治疗肌皮神经损伤１０例，其中神经松解术２例，直接吻合３例，神经移植２例，部分移植修复２例，神经植入肌肉１例。８例获得了满意的功能恢复。肌皮神经自外侧束发出至入喙肱肌一段损伤后，手术修复效果好，应争取行神经修复术。本组效果差的２例，１例为自肌肉终末支的撕脱伤，行神经植入肌肉；另１例为神经部分损伤缺损，行部分移植修复。术前肌皮神经功能完全丧失的病例，应考虑行神经损伤部分彻底切除，游离神经移植术。AbstractSince 1985,ten patients with、injuries ofmusculocutaneous nerve were treated by operation,including neurolysis in 2 cases,direct suturing in 3cases, nerve grafting in 2 cases, partial nerve graftingin 2 cases and intramuscular insertion of the nerveendings in 1 case. 8 patients had achieved goodresults. When musculocutaneous nerve was injuriedfrom the origin to lateral fasciculns to the side ofcoracobrachialis insertion, the authors emphasizednerve repair,and good functional recovery can beexpected.Among the 2 cases vvith poor results,onewas treated with intramuscular insertion of the nerveendings,because the musculocutaneous nerve wasavulsed from theinsertion of coracobrachialis; anothercase was treared with partial nerve graft due to thepartial defect of the nerve. This case had complete lossof nerve function before operation,therefOre,the siteof injury was resected and repaired with nerve graft.
