摘　　要：发展循环经济,转变经济增长方式,是宁波实现跨越式发展的关键所在。文章通过对宁波循环经济发展的现状进行分析研究,寻求宁波发展循环经济的新路子:立法促进循环经济的健康发展;政策引导循环经济的有序发展;正确构建循环经济的理念大厦;加强循环经济试点和推广工作;加快循环经济发展的技术研究和开发。Developing cyclic economy and transforming the mode of economic increase is the crux for Ningbo to realize its leaping development.The text tries to seek new ways to develop cylic economy in Ningbo by means of the analysis and study of the current situation of cyclic economy development,including relevant legislation,economic policies,correct construction of the theory and thought of cyclic economy,strengthening the work of its economic experimental units and spreading their scientific results,and quickening the steps of its technological study and advance.
