摘　　要：报废汽车资源的循环利用不但可以节约自然资源,还可以减少环境污染,通过对德国及宝马汽车公司和我国相关政策法规及报废汽车资源利用现状的阐述,透视报废汽车资源富集与各国的法规政策有关,认识到报废汽车资源具有完全市场运作的基本特性,提高报废汽车资源的利用率,不但可以缓解经济社会发展和资源稀缺的矛盾,更是发展循环经济的有效途径。The circulation utilization of the recycling automobiles resource can not only economize natural resources,but also mitigate entironment pressure and decrease entironment pollution.The expatiation on code and policy and the recycling automobiles resource utilization related to BWM in Germany and Daqing Oil Field Recycling Resources Managing Company in China sees in perspective that the recycling automobiles resource enrichment is related to the code and policy of different countries.In accordance with resources conception and classification, we can distinctly realize that the recycling automobiles resource is a kind of appropriable resource and possesses basal characteristic of absolute market operation.Not only can the utilizing rate of increasing the recycling automobiles resource alleviate the contradiction between economy society development and resources exiguity,but also,in fact,be the more effective approach of developing circulation economy as well.
