摘  要:作者应用计算机数字图像处理技术,将21例腰椎间孔狭窄病人术前硬膜外腔造影X线影像中神经根受压的椎间孔段单独取出,采用图像块处理方法,经高通滤波、中值滤波、灰度变换等措施处理后,归纳造影征象为4型,1、3、4型椎间孔狭窄多为软组织因素、2型多为骨性因素引起。所显示椎间孔狭窄程度经手术证实。此对腰椎间孔狭窄术前定位定性诊断有指导意义。AbstractBy using the digital image processing methods,the authors had successful ly made clear the damagedintervertebral foramen of the compressed nerve rootdiagnosed preoperatively by epidurography.The imag-ing findings issued by this method,after high band-pass optical filtering,medium band-wave filtering,gray scale analysing may be classified into four types,the foramen stenosis of types 1、3 and 4 are mainlycaused by soft tissue injuries,and those of type 2 aremainly from osseous origin,The degree of the stenosisof the intervertebral foramen had been proved finallyby operation.The authors concluded that,the digitalimage processing for the X-ray image of the com-pressed nerve root of the damaged lumbar vertebralsegment,can display the morphologic characteristicsof the nerve root,osseous tissue andsoft tissue and is very useful in the preoperative diagnosis of the local-ization and the nature of lumbar intervertebral foramen stenosi.
