摘　　要：作者采用后入路钛钢螺纹多孔椎体融合器治疗腰椎不稳定１３例。作者认为固定可靠，术后能够早期下床行走；能够保持或增大椎间隙厚度；避免椎体间植骨挤出吸收及假关节形成；可以恢复腰椎生理弯曲。AbstractThirteen cases of lumbar spinal instability weretreated with threaded fusion cage(TFC)through theposterior approach.The fixation is reliable and the pa-tients were allowed early ambulation after surgery.The intervertebral space was increased and the physi-olocal curvature of the lumbar spine was preserved.There was no danger of the bone graft being squeezedout nor the development of pseudoarthrosis。80%ofadults had lumbago,and 1/3 of which are caused byunstability of the spinal column,The TFC type of fu-sion of the lumbar spine is a reliable procedure result-ing in a solid and stable spinal column.
