摘 要:为解决因光纤的圆柱型结构所带来的粘贴问题,引入了粘贴式光纤Bragg光栅应变传感器。该传感器被粘贴于可通过加载载荷的方式产生应变的等强度悬臂梁的表面,并用光谱仪获得了光纤Bragg光栅的反射谱。实验表明Bragg波长对荷载产生的波长偏移分别为0.901nm/μm和-0·902nm/μm.计算表明:Bragg波长偏移量的最大标准误差为0·003nm.结果表明该传感器可满足建筑工程结构检测中对测量精度要求。To solve the bonding question of fiber with the column structure, the bonded fiber Bragg grating strain sensor was introduced.The sensor was mounted on the surface of cantilever girder, where the strain was derived from the loading, and these reflected spectra of grating followed by the variation of strain were obtained by optical analyzer. The experiment denotes that the response of wavelength shift of the grating to the loading is 0.901 nm/μm and -0.902 nm/μm. The computation shows that the maximum standard error was 0.003 nm.The result indicates that the sensor can be satisfied with the precision demand of structural measurement in architecture engineering.
