摘　　要：作者报告了１２例椎板切除术后几小时内发生截瘫的病例。椎板切除术后至出现截瘫的时间为１．５～１７小时，平均６．５小时。伤口局部血肿是压迫脊髓造成截瘫的主要原因。全组均行急症椎管探查手术。１１例在术中或术后２０小时内完全恢复，１例术后２个月完全恢复。AbstractThe authors reported 12 cases of paraplegia oc-curred 1.5 to 17 hours following laminectomy。Cir-cumscribed hematoma compressing the spinal cord wasthe chief cause of paraplegia。All the patients were re-operated on emergency,11 cases recovered within 20hours after reoperation and one recovered 2 monthslater.The authors emphasized the importance of beingstrict in hemostasis for the prevention of paraplegiafollowing laminectomy.
