摘  要:环境因素对江汉油区硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)生长规律有一定影响。有关实验结果表明:SRB生长的最适宜温度为30℃~40℃;矿化度的适宜范围是(2×104~6×104)mg/L;pH值的适宜范围为6.5~7.5;适宜SRB生长的Fe2+离子的最低浓度应大于20mg/L,当Fe2+离子浓度高于400mg/L时对SRB的生长没有抑制作用。在此基础上提出控制SRB腐蚀的几种物理方法。The environmental factors have influence on the growing-laws of Sulfate-Reducing Bacteria(SRB) in Jianghan Oil Region.The results of certain experiments have shown that: the preference temperature range of SRB growth is from 30 to 40,and a few SRB can survive till 70 ;the preference salinity range is from 210~4 mg/L to 610~4 mg/L,and a few SRB can survive till 310~5 mg/L;no SRB can survive when salinity is higher than 3.510~5 mg/L;the preference pH range is from 6.5 to 7.5,no SRB can survive when pH is equal or over 9.5;the preference Fe^(2+) ion concentration should be more than 20 mg/L,and when Fe^(2+) ion concentration is higher than 400 mg/L,it has no restraining effect on the growth of SRB. Based on the conclusions above,some physics methods have been suggested to control the corrosion caused by SRB.
