改良Weber方法治疗复发性肩关节前脱位

摘　　要：作者自１９８８～１９９３年采用改良Ｗｅｂｅｒ￣［１］方法，治疗１４例复发性肩关节前脱位。右侧１３例，左侧１例。初次脱位至手术日期平均１年３个月。术后平均随访２年８个月。１３例获满意疗效，优良率为９２．９％。作者详细介绍了手术步骤及要点，即包括肱骨结节下外旋截骨及肩胛下肌紧缩术。由于稳定肩关节骨性结构，从前方加强肩部软组织，因此，本法在治疗复发性肩关节前脱位各种手术方法中，不失为一种理想方式。AbstractFourteen cases of recurrent anterior dislocation of the shouMer were operatd upon with medified Webr,sprocedure between 1988 ～ 1993.The dislocation occurred over the right side in 13 cases and the left side inone cases. The average peried of time from the firsttime of the dislocation to the date of surgical treatmentwas 15 months and all patients had been followed up for3months to 50 months, with an average of 32 months.92.5%of the cases had obtained excellent and gfor re-suIts, The operati ve procedure i nc luded humeral sub-tuberosity rotational osteotomy and tightening of thesubscapularis muscle. Because of the stability of theglenohumeral joint and enhancement of the soft tissue ofthe anterior shOuldcr after the operation, the modifiedWeber’s procedure is an ideally effective methlxl for thetreatment of recurrent anterior dislocat ion of the shoul-der joint.
