摘　　要：在篮球比赛中，抢篮板球是争夺控制权的重要手段，是增加进攻次数和发动快攻的重要保证，也是攻守转换的关键。从抢篮板球的准备到如何抢前场、后场篮板球，以及得球后如何发动进攻等方面，论述了篮板球的控制及其作用。The contest of rebounds is one of the major resources for acquisition and domination of the ball in a basketball match. In addition, being the joint of transform between attack and defense, it also guarantees more attacks and fast breaks. Issues about the preparation of rebounds, how to acquire it and how to launch an attack after the acquisition are discussed in this article.
