摘　　要：系统分析了新型短针式刺辊、分梳板、固定盖板和针辊(气流纺)等分梳件的应用效果,证明短针式分梳件明显优于齿条式分梳件,可以提高梳理质量,建议在高产梳棉机上开发应用。Analysis is done in a systematical way to the short-pinned taker-in roller,carding plate,stationary flat top,porcupine roller regardingtheir carding performance.Practice shows that the short-pinned carding element is supeior over that with wires.It is recommneded that the product be developed for hi-speed carding machines.
