预测下体负压耐力的心血管功能指标

摘  要:为探讨用负压时早期的心血管功能指标预测下体负压耐力,对30名健康男性青年进行了-6.67kPa恒定负压的坐位下体负压试验。以晕厥前状态或持续至15min为终止指征,检查被试者耐受时间。经统计分析得到被试者的平均耐受时间为8.9±4.5min。负压作用早期,平均动脉压相对较高和颈动脉搏动波半彼时间相对较短者,其耐受时间就长;反之则短。此两种指标是预测下体负压耐力的有用指标。The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship between 1ower body negativepressure (LBNP) tolerance and various cardiovascular functional indexes, and find out those ofpredicting value during early stage of LBNP. Subjects were 30 healthy young men. They were tested inseated LBNP chamber. Constant negative pressure of 6. 67 kPa was used for evaluating LBNP tolerancetime, and HR, SV,CO,PEP/LVET, half wave time of carotid artery,and BP were recorded with ECG,impedance cardiogram,Phonocardiogram,carotid pulse tracing, and CVD-I sphygmometer. End pointsof the test were onset of presyncopal symptoms or completion of 15 min. The results showed that meantolerance time to LBNP was 8. 9 ± 4. 5 min. High tolerance to LBNP was associated with high meanblood pressure(Pm,r= 0. 86, P<0.01). LBNP tolerance of 84% subjects could be predicted using Pmand HWT(half wave time of carotid pluse tracing) at the end of 2 min of LBNP by stepwise discriminantanalysis. It is suggested that Pm and HWT in early stage of LBNP test are sensitive and useful predicting indexes for LBNP tolerance.
