摘  要:观察了静脉注射硫酸镁和葡萄糖酸钙溶液对家兔高空减压时血流中气泡生成的影响。实验采用3×3拉丁方设计,共进行了4组,36次实验。硫酸镁溶液浓度为12.5%,葡萄糖酸钙浓度为7.5%。减压高度12000m,停留时间20min。用多普勒超声检测心前区血流中气泡。结果表明,注射硫酸镁和葡萄糖酸钙后气泡生成量和出现时间无明显变化。提示单纯血液镁、钙离子升高不是静脉气泡生成的易感因素。The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of high blood Ca2+ and Mg2+ level onthe bubble formation in rabbits decompressed at altitude. The Latin square design 3 X 3 were taken for12 rabbits divided into 4 groups and totally 36 trials were performed. Four ml of 12. 5 % magnesium sul-fate and 7. 5% calcium gluconate solution were given iv in group A,4 ml of saline were given in group Band group C as blank control. After that the rabbits were exposed to 12 000 m simulated altitude for 20minutes. During the decompression bubble sound were monitored by precardial DoppIoer and recorded.The results showed that bubble sound level and appearance time of bubble sound in group A had no sig-nificant difference compared with group B and group C. It suggests that high blood Ca2+ and Mg2+ levelin itself was not a susceptible factor to bubble formation in decompression.
