摘  要:测定了43名受试者移居海拔4850m高原前(2260m)静息时冷激试验及急性低氧循环功能改变,探讨了不同适应水平人体高原低氧循环功能反应的个体差异表现。结果表明:适应不良群体在低海拔处循环功能有关参数明显低于或高于基本适应群体,机体在低氧应激下适应不良群体各项参数波动幅度较大,相互间差距大,规律性差,缺氧症状重,恢复慢。实验室冷激试验亦获同样改变。Cold stress response at rest at 2 260 m and changes of circulatory function after arrivalat 4 850 m were tested in 43 hea1thy subjects. Individual differences of circulatory function responses toaltitude were studied. The results showed that the parameters of circulatory function in inadaptedgroup were significantly lower than those in adapted group and varied in a wider range- Subjects of in-adapted group had more seriolls hypoxic symptoms and took a longer time for recovery. The similarchanges of circulatory function were observed in cold stress test.
