摘　　要：介绍了海岛型超细短纤维的类型、生产方法及其物理性能,重点介绍了纺制海岛型复合纤维的喷丝板。阐述了海岛型超纤非织造基布生产及超纤皮革的后加工技术,重点介绍了用于超纤非织造基布碱减量加工的圆鼓抽吸洗涤装置。The various superfine sea island staple and their manufacture processing and physical properties were presented in the paper. The production technique of superfine sea island fiber nonwoven substrates and post-processing technique of microfiber leather were demonstrated. The spinneret for spinning compo- site sea island fiber and extracting and absorbing drum type washer used for caustic reduction processing of microfiber nonwoven substrates were introduced mainly.
