摘  要:制成12只狗冠状动脉(CA)左前降支(LAD)人工狭窄(结扎)模型.测定其CA不同血流量与99mTc-甲氧基异丁基异腈(MIBI)摄取率的相关性.早期静态研究结果表明,99mTc-MIBI摄取率与血流量呈正相关(r=0.946),晚期结果显示缺损区范围较早期缩小,99mTc-MIBI摄取率增加(P<0.01).部分存活的心肌细胞基本恢复正常,并可见纤维组织包绕的心肌“细胞岛”.测定99mTc-MIBI摄取率可定量地评估患者病情,指导治疗,判断疗效和预后.Abstract dog models of the artificial coronary artery stenosis (ligation) in varying degrees were quantitatively analysed with  ̄(99m)Tc-MIBI SPECT myocardial imaging and by measuring regional myocardium uptake rate.Correlation was studied between blood flow in varying degrees and  ̄(99m)Tc-MIBI uptake rate with the purpose of relating myocardial blood perfusion to viability. Early measuring results showed that  ̄(99m)Tc-MIBI uptake rate and blood flow of the coronary artery have a good positive correlation (r=0.946).Delayed results showed that the volume of defect was reduced and  ̄(99m)Tc-MIBI uptake rate was increased (P<0.01).The partially viable myocardium cells have recovered normally and showed myocardial cell island encircled by fibrous tissue. Measuring  ̄(99m)Tc-MIBI uptake rate may be used to assess patients'condition,direct treatment and follow up the effect of treatment.
