普米克联合万托林雾化吸入治疗哮喘急性发作的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察普米克令舒联合万托林高频射流雾化吸入治疗哮喘急性发作期的疗效和安全性。方法将150例病人随机分为3组。治疗组50例,给予普米克令舒和万托林高频射流雾化吸入;万托林组50例单用万托林高频射流雾化吸入;对照组50例吸入必可酮和喘乐宁气雾剂。三组均在综合疗法基础上进行。观察三组症状、体征消失天数、临床疗效及副作用。结果治疗组总有效率96%与对照组70%比较,差别有非常显著意义(P<0.01);万托林组(总有效率86%)与对照组比较;治疗组与万托林组比较,总有效率差异均不显著,但治疗组较万托林组副作用少。结论哮喘急性发作期高频射流雾化吸入比吸入气雾剂疗效好;普米克令舒联合万托林高频射流雾化吸入也比单用万托林雾化吸入疗效更好且副作用少。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of high-frequency flow atomized inhalation of ventolin combined with pulmicort in the treatment of acute paroxysmal asthma.Methods One hundread fifty patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into three groups. Treatment group: 50 cases were dealt with high-frequency flow atomized inhalation of ventolin combined with pulmicort, ventolin group: 50 cases with high-frequency flow atomized inhalation of ventolin, comparison group: 50 cases with inhalation of ventolin aerosol and becotine aerosol. Integrative treatment measures were performed and symptom, disappear days of sign, clinical efficacy and side effect were observed in all three groups.Results The total response rate was 96% and 70% for the treatment group and the comparison group respectively (P<0.01). There were no significant difference between the ventolin group (86%) and the comparison group in the overall cure rate. The incidence of side effect in the treatment group was lower than that in the ventolin group.Conclusion Efficacy of high-frequency flow atomized inhalation of ventolin combined with pulmicort is better than inhalation of ventolin aerosol and becotine aerosol in the treatment of caute paroxysmal asthma. Conmpared with atomized inhalation of ventolin alone, efficacy of inhalation of ventolin combined with pulmicort is better and its side effect is much less.
