强力宁防治抗结核药物致肝损害的152例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨强力宁在肺结核化学治疗中的护肝作用。方法肺结核患者在正规抗痨治疗时,治疗组加用强力宁护肝,对照组1加肝太乐口服,对照组2不用护肝药。结果治疗组发生肝功能损害的病人明显低于对照组,两者相比有显著差异。结论强力宁可以有效预防和治疗抗痨药物引起的肝功能损害。Objective To study the liver-protection effects of compound ammonium glycyrrhetate in chemotherapy of TB patients.Methods All TB patients underwent regular anti-TB treatment. The exercise group took compound ammonium glycyrrhetate to protect liver function. The control Group 1 took glucurolactone tablets and the control Group 2 took no liver-protection agents. Results Compared with the control groups, the exercise group had lower level of liver damage. Conclusion Compound ammonium glycyrrhetate can prevent and treat the abnormal liver-function effectively which may be caused by anti-tuberculosis agents.
