摘 要:为研究可控饱和电抗器的开环输出特性,分析了用于直流比较仪中单磁芯式可控饱和电抗器的结构特点、控制原理和输出特性,在该单磁芯的结构中增加了一个检测绕组,利用多项式和双曲线的混合模型对磁芯的BH磁化曲线精确拟合,并基于MATLAB6.5软件建立了仿真模型,试制了样机。仿真和实验表明,该模型可得出有关直流比较仪中单磁芯可控饱和电抗器的开环输出特性,利于研究与设计最佳结构和电磁参数的直流比较仪。Structure characteristic, Control principle and output property of the DC Comparator are analyzed. A measurement winding is added up to the single core of the CSR for studying its open-loop output characteristic. B-H characteristic curve of the CSR can be accurately fitted by the complicated models, i.e. polynomial function and hyperbolic curve function. Its simulation mathematic model based on SIMULINK environment of MATLAB 6.5 software is proposed. The simulation results are presented. The experimental prototype on the basis of the theory study of the simulation results of the CSR is established successfully. Comparison of the experimental results and simulation results can verify the feasibility of the simulation model. Some acquired fundamental conclusions of the output property of the CSR used in the DC comparator are important to understand its structure and optimize electromagnetic parameters, which can improve the performance of the DC comparator.
