摘  要:目的探讨合理的饮食干预与健康教育对改善老年慢性肾衰患者的营养状态及延缓病情进展的作用。方法随机选择40例老年慢性肾衰患者(肾小球滤过率30~50ml/min),其中20例做为干预组,给予低蛋白饮食(0.6g·kg-1·d-1)加开同生(1片·6kg-1·d-1)口服的同时,进行全程系统的健康教育,其余20例仍采取日常的自由饮食,随访6个月,比较干预组与对照组的营养状态及肾功能。结果干预组肾功能下降程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);血清白蛋白及转铁蛋白等营养指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论合理的饮食干预配合科学的健康教育可以改变患者生活习惯,明显改善营养状况,有效减慢慢性肾衰的进展。Objective To probe the action of reasonable food and drink intervention and health education on pathogenetic condition advancement of senile chronic renal failure. Methods Choosing 40 cases of senile patients with chronic failure (the glomerular filtration rate is 30~50ml/min), 20 cases were in the intervention group and 20 cases were in the control group. Patients in the intervention group were given low-protein diet, Kaitong 1 tablet/6kg·d per os, meanwhile with systematic health education. Patients in the control group were given routine freedom food. After following-up for six months, the nutritional states and renal functions of two groups were compared. Results Comparing with the control group, the renal function decreased significantly (P<0.05), and the nutrition indexes, such as serum albumin and transferring were higher (P<0.05). Conclusions Reasonable food and drink intervention and health education can change patients living habits, improve nutritional status, effectively slowdown the advancement of senile chronic failure.
