宫血宁治疗药物流产后阴道出血240例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察宫血宁在药物流产中的止血效果。方法:用米非司酮及米索前列醇使孕囊排出后,观察组240例口服宫血宁胶囊,对照组240例口服益母胶囊,观察其阴道出血时间及阴道出血量。结果:观察组与对照组比较,药流后阴道出血量和阴道出血时间均有显著性差异(P<0.01),观察组疗效好于对照组。结论:宫血宁治疗药物流产后阴道出血疗效确切。Objective:To observe the hemostatic effect on drug abortion treated by Gongxuening.Method:After draining pregnancy prostaticus by mifepristone or misoprostol,240 cases were taken Gongxuening Capsule orally as the study group while the control group were taken Motherwort Capsule,then we observe the time and the quantity of colporrhagia.Result:There is obvious difference in the time and the quantity of colporrhagia between the study group and the control group (P<0.01).The therapeutic effect of the study group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect on drug abortion treated by Gongxuening is reliable.
