清痤汤联合维胺酯治疗女性青春期后痤疮临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清痤汤联合维胺酯治疗女性青春期后寻常痤疮的临床疗效及对患者性激素水平的影响。方法:将58例患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组26例,治疗组用清痤汤结合维胺酯治疗,对照组仅用维胺酯治疗,治疗后比较两组的临床疗效及血清T、E2水平变化。结果:治疗组临床有效率为93·75%,对照组为73·08%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组患者血清E2水平升高,与治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05),而血清T水平与治疗前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:清痤汤联合维胺酯治疗女性青春期后寻常痤疮疗效显著,清痤汤对患者血清E2水平有调节作用。To observe the effect of Qing cuo tang Decoction and oral viaminate (a vitamine A acid derivative) on the serum levels of testosterone and estradiol and analysis of treatment efficacy for female patients with pestadolescent acne vulgaris.Methods:58 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group with 32 cases and the control group with 26 cases.Qingcuo Decoction and oral viaminate cured the treatment group,and the control group was only treated by oral viaminate.The serum levels of testosterone and estradiol were measured before and after treatment respectively.A fter treatment,clinically therapeutic effect and the serum levels of testosterone and estradiol of two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.44%,that of the control group was 73.08%,and significant difference was found between two groups (p=0.031<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of estradiol was increased in treatment group as compared with before treatment and there was significant difference about the improvement on the serum levels of estradiol (P<0.05),There were no significant differences about the serum levels of estradiol of patients in control group and the serum levels of testosterone of patients in two groups compared with before treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:These results suggeste that patients with pestadolescent acne vulgaris treated by Qingcuo Decoction and oral viaminate could get better effects,these results revealed that Qingcuo Decoction could improved patients serum levels of estradiol.
