摘  要:综合分析影响盐岩层大直径取心的主要因素,包括钻头振动、岩心入口变形、岩石性质、钻井液性质和井下复杂情况等,找出盐岩层大直径取心的难点,结合常规取心工具在易碎地层的取心经验,对取心工具、取心工艺技术进行优化,制定出一种适合于盐岩层的大直径取心配套工艺技术。这项技术首次在金资1井岩盐层进行了9次连续取心现场施工,平均收获率达到了96%以上,高质量地完成了盐岩层大直径取心任务,使国内取心技术更加完善。The main factors which affect coring with full diameter core, are analyzed. The factors include bit vibration, deformation of core, rock characters, drilling fluid performance, complicated circumstance and so on. The operation difficulties of full diameter coring were found. Combined the experiences of conventional coring in friable formation, coring tools and techniques are optimized and a kind of complete coring technology suited for full diameter core is formed. The technology was first utilized in Jinzi well 1 to fulfill nine times coring continuously, percentage recovery of core is more than 96 percent and accomplish the coring task in salt bed with a high quality.
