不留塞高强度炮眼封堵工艺的研究与应用

摘　　要：针对目前水泥浆封堵炮眼存在的问题,研制开发了不留塞高强度炮眼封堵剂FD-2。FD-2以无机硅酸盐为主要原料,添加了降失水剂、缓凝剂、增塑剂、膨胀剂、分散剂和纤维、树脂等助剂,高温高压下稠度低,具有良好的触变性,施工时不需留塞,缩短了作业周期;候凝时水泥石早期强度发展快,封堵炮眼后凝结强度高,提高了炮眼封堵的成功率。在东辛油田用FD-2实施炮眼封堵3井次,工艺成功率100%,有效率100%。现场试验效果证明FD-2具有安全低污染和封堵强度高的优点。The paper develops embrasure plugging a-gent(FD-2) with high strength according to the present problem that cement plugs embrasure. FD - 2 is composed of ablo-silicate, and added filtrate reducer, retarder, fictile agent, expansive agent, dispersant, fibre and resin. The consistency of FD - 2 is low in high temperature and pressure and the thixotropy very good. FD - 2 does not plug well bore in locale operation, so it shortens the period of busy work. The hardening intension is great when the embrasure is plugged, thus it elevates the successful rate of the embrasure plugging. FD - 2 is carried through three times at Dongying oil field, and the successful rate of technics and efficiency is up to 100% . Field application proved that FD - 2 has the excellence properties of low contamination, high plugging strength.
