摘  要:目的:观察肝毒清颗粒(大黄、丹参等)的保肝作用。方法:选用♂Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为6组,即空白对照组、模型组、肝毒清颗粒大、中、小剂量组,乙肝宁阳性对照组。用硫代乙酰胺复制急性肝损伤模型。检测血清的ALT、AST活性、血浆内毒素(ET)含量以及TNF-α、IL-6水平并取肝组织做病理检查。结果:硫代乙酰胺急性肝损伤时,肝毒清颗粒能使血清ALT、AST活性、ET含量以及TNF-α、IL-6水平明显降低,与模型组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),病理检查肝毒清能减轻肝细胞变性、坏死、出血,促进肝细胞再生。结论:肝毒清颗粒能减轻急性肝损伤时的肝损害,对肝脏起到保护作用。AIM To observe the protective effect of Ganduqing Granule(GDQ) on acute hepatic injury. METHODS Sixty male Wistar rats were divided into 6 groups, namely normal control group, model group, Ganduqing large (GDQ Ⅰ), middle(GDQ Ⅱ), small dose(GDQ Ⅲ) groups and Yiganning (YGN) positive group. Acute hepatic injury induced by thioacetamide. The changes of blood serum ALT, AST activity and plasma endotoxin (ET) level and TNF-α, IL-6 levels were measured and livers were taken for pathology examination. RESULTS Plasma ET level and blood serum ALT, AST levels and TNF-α, IL-6 levels were significantly lower than model group ( P <0.05). It is found that GDQ can lessen liver cell denaturalization,necrosis and hemorrhage and speed liver cell through pathological examination. CONCLUSION GDQ Granule can reduce the hepatic injury and protect the liver when the liver is injured.
