摘　　要：为解决产品族设计中平台的确定问题,针对不同产品的功能可能具有相似性的特点,论述了功能相似的概念;基于自底向上法,提出了一种建立功能相似产品平台的新方法。该方法以已有产品的功能结构为基础,通过划分产品模块、分析模块性矩阵得到产品平台,并以市场上现有的豆浆机、果汁机和搅拌机3种功能相似的家用电器为例对该方法进行了验证。In order to determine the product platform in product family design, the concept of Function Similarity was discussed, which was aimed at the function similarity of different products, and a new method to construct platform of function similar products was put forward based on bottom-up approach. The new method was based on function structures of existing products, and platform was constructed through defining modules and analyzing modularity matrix. The proposed approach was verified by its application in the platform design of three home appliances-soybean milk maker, juicer and blender, which shared similar functions.
