摘 要:为了快速响应市场需求,供应链管理的计划模式必须引入时间竞争的理念。在分析现有供应链计划模式不足的基础上,为实现基于时间竞争的目的,提出了基于预订单思想的计划模式。该模式通过业务信息的预先沟通、节点企业计划预先制定、准备工作预先开展等相关机制,使下游企业的准备周期与上游企业的实际运作周期并行,压缩了多阶响应周期。同时,从计划模式的运作机制和多阶响应周期的构成这两方面,对预订单模式和传统计划模式进行了比较。最后分析了美国通用电气公司动力系统和神龙汽车有限公司的实际运作,为预订单模式提供了实证支持。To quickly response market, the concept of Time Competition should be introduced into the plan mode in supply chain. Based on analysis of the insufficient plan modes which are widely used now, a new plan mode, Predict-order mode in supply chain was proposed for Time Competition. Predict-order mode aimed to shorten multi-stage response time, and made node enterprises in supply chain link up business information and made plans in advance. According to this mode, while the upstream enterprise produced, the downstream enterprises prepared. This new operation mechanism could help cut down multi-stage response time. Operation mechanism and the composition of multi-stage response time of the new plan mode and traditional plan mode in supply chain were compared. The Predict-order mode's operation through application example was analyzed at last.
