中西医结合治疗青春期无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血108例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察“调经止血饮”(自拟方)配合西医疗法对青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:将169例青春期功血患者随机分为2组,中西医结合组108例在西医综合治疗基础上,应用中药“调经止血饮”加减治疗;对照组单纯应用西医综合疗法。结果:中西医结合组总有效率99·1%,对照组为88·2%,两组总疗效比较差异有显著性,P<0·01。结论:“调经止血饮”配合西医治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血较单纯西医疗法具有较好的治疗效果。Objective: To observe the clinical cur ative effect of Tiaojingzhizueyin combined with western medicine in treating dys functional uterine bleeding in puberty. Methods: 169 cases were divided into two groups randomly.There were 108 cases treated with traditional C hinese medicine combined with western medicine,that is to say, treated with Tiao jingzhizuegin combined with western medicine. The rest cases in Contrast group w ere treated by western medicine only. Results: The effective rat e treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine was 99 .1% and that of contrast group was 88.2%. So it is remarkably significant to c ompare the curative effects for two groups(P<0.01). Con clusion: Tiaojingzhizueyin combined with western medicine in treating d ysfunctional uterine bleeding in puberty has better effect than that meated with western medicine only.
