摘　　要：社会保险基金是社会保险的物质条件,社会保险基金投资监管是社会保险系统的“免疫系统”。由于在资本市场的成熟程度、政府的监管能力和社会保险基金投资模式上的差异,各国的社会保险基金投资监管法律制度不尽相同。各国的社会保险基金投资模式、监管理念、监管体制、监管制度和监管绩效等方面呈现出各自的特色。Adequate funds serve as the material foundation of social security.The inspection of the investment of social security funds is the guarantee of the social security system.The legal system that inspects of the investment of social security funds varies a great deal in different countries because of the differences in the development of the capital market,the ability of government regulation and the way in which capital is invested in social security funds.Each countrys mode of investment and inspective their notions,structures,systems and efficiency are sure to have their unique features.
