加味当归补血汤对老年小鼠免疫功能的调节作用

摘　　要：１８至２０月龄老年小鼠，连续四周口饲加味当归补血汤后，其免疫功能显著强于未服药的老年对照组。表现为：脾细胞对ＣｏｎＡ的增殖反应、淋巴细胞分泌ＩＬ－２的水平，及对ＴＤ抗原的免疫应答，包括抗体水平及迟发型变态反应等各项参数，与老年对照组相比，差异有极显著性，Ｐ＜０．０１）。此外，脾细胞产生抑制因子的活性由３５．８１％增至４９．８５％。Abstract The immunoregulation effect of modified Dang Gui Buxne Tang(MDB) was investigated in aged mice.When aged mice were fed with MDB, the effect observed were as follows: (1) The proliferative response of splenocytes to Con A or PWM was restored to normal level; (2) The level of IL-2 and activity of inhibitory factor produced by splenocytes were obviously increased; (3) The immune response to TD antigen(SRBC),either anti-SRBC or delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH), was much higher than in the control aged mice.
