摘　　要：目的观察Balb/c小鼠病毒性心肌炎心肌组织组织蛋白酶L(cathepsinL)的表达及意义。方法CVB3m(Nancy株)病毒感染Balb/c小鼠建立病毒性心肌炎实验模型,采用免疫组化和RT-PCR技术,检测小鼠心肌组织中不同时点(正常和感染后第3、7、15、30天)cathepsinL的表达。结果免疫组化与RT-PCR结果显示,感染CVB3m后小鼠心肌组织中cathepsinL的表达随感染时间的延长,呈上升趋势,至30d表达最高,各时点cathepsinL的表达水平与正常小鼠比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论cathepsinL在Balb/c小鼠CVB3病毒性心肌炎的发生发展起一定作用。Object To study the expression and significance of lysosome cathepsin L in the cardiac muscle of Balb/c mice infected by Coxsackie virus B(CVB 3 )(Nancy strain).Methods The model of Balb/c mice with CVB 3 (Nancy strain)infection was established.The expression of cathepsin L in the cardiac tissue was determined with immuohistochemical staining and RT-PCR at different time point(before infection and3,7,15,30days after infection respectively).Results In comparison with the control group,the expression of cathepsin L in the cardiac tissue of Balb/c mice with CVB 3 (Nancy strain)increased after infection with increasing tendency and the highest at30rd day.The difference of cathepsin L expression between normal group and the study group at every time point had statistic significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Cathepsin L might play certain role in the pathogenesis of CVB 3 myocarditis in Balb/c mice.
