摘 要:目的观察高压氧暴露小鼠的脑电图和行为学变化。方法分别采用脑电图记录和行为学观察的方法记录和观察高压氧暴露小鼠惊厥潜伏期和大发作时间并比较其结果的差异。结果脑电图记录的氧惊厥潜伏期为(7.23±1.52)min、大发作时间为(14.82±2.79)min,与行为学观察潜伏期的(7.98±2.65)min和大发作时间(18.82±7.80)min比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);但脑电图记录的变异系数(21%和15%)均较行为学观察变异系数(33%和42%)小,95%可信区间为6.14~8.31和12.85~16.79min,亦均较行为学观察结果6.08~9.88和13.24~24.40min窄。结论高压氧暴露小鼠脑电图变化较行为学具有结果波动性小、相对稳定和较客观的特点。ObjectiveTo observe the changes of electroencephalography (EEG) and behavior in mice exposed to hyperbaric oxygen. MethodsWith the methods of EEG recording and behavoir observing respectively, the mice exposed to hyperbaric oxygen were observed and recorded instantaneously in the latent period of convulsion and the time of sustained convulsion, and then the results were compared. ResultsIt was shown that there was no statistical significance (P>0.05) between the results received by EEG recording and by behavoir observing , but coefficients of variation (21%, 15%) by EEG recording were lower than those (33%, 42%) by behavoir observing respectively; and the 95% confidence intervals (6.14~8.31 min, 12.85^(16.79 min)) by EEG recording were narrower than those (6.08~9.88 min, 13.24~24.40 min) by behavoir observing respectively. Conclusion EEG recording was an objective and effective method in research of mice exposed to hyperbaric oxygen.
